Like the original title, the player has a choice to play as the police officer and set out himself on an epic mission to arrest the speeders. Its primarily focuses on the similar gameplay to its predecessor but with emphasis on evading the police over the variety, of course, introducing lengthy shortcuts. In the series, the game is the 6th entry and is the sequel to Need for Speed II: Hot Pursuit, released in 1998. The game acts as the debut Need for Speed video game from EA Black Box, and it is the first installment for the 6th generation of consoles. It offers you an opportunity to become a driver and race against other AI-controlled drivers.
